FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO WESTERN NV THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...
.DISCUSSION...
Breezy west-northwest winds and dry conditions create elevated to
locally critical fire weather conditions for western Nevada today.
Isolated, mainly dry thunderstorms are possible on Sunday afternoon
and evening in Lassen and northern Washoe counties. Strong high
pressure builds through the upcoming week, bringing unseasonably hot
temperatures, extremely dry conditions, and light afternoon breezes.
Note: Thunderstorms imply gusty and erratic winds.
