...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall and small hail is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of west central and western Nevada, including the
  following counties, in west central Nevada, Churchill. In western
  Nevada, Lyon, Storey and Washoe.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM PDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 312 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain and small
    hail due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small
    stream flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Fernley, Fernley Sink Near I-80 and Wadsworth.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
