SOUTHEASTERN RICHMOND...SOUTHWESTERN CUMBERLAND AND SOUTHERN HOKE COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM EDT... At 120 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms stretching from near and south of Rockingham east to near Hamlet and Laurel Hill, moving east at 20 mph. These storms will intensify and move east while the entire area of storms shifts southeast over the next 90 minutes. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include...
