High flows will continue along the Arkansas River from Leadville to
La Junta due to snow melt and reservoir releases.  River levels will
remain at bank full to minor flood levels until further notice.
Cold, swift flowing water and unstable stream banks pose a hazard
for those near the river. Heed all directives and orders from law
enforcement and local emergency management. Do not enter the river!
