Forecast river levels are expected to fall below flood stage at
Avondale, but could remain near action stage. Therefore the Flood
Advisory for the Arkansas River at Avondale has been allowed to
expire on time, however, caution should still be exercised near
river banks. Swift moving water can be dangerous, and river banks
will be unstable from recent high waters!
