 High flows will continue for the lower Arkansas River due to
 releases from Pueblo Reservoir. River levels will remain near or
 above Minor Flood Stage for some locations, from Pueblo downstream
 through La Junta, until further notice. Cold, swift flowing water
 and unstable stream banks pose a hazard for those near the river.
 Heed all directives and orders from law enforcement and local
 emergency management. Do not enter the river!
