...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM EDT...

For the following areas...
Delaware Bay waters north of East Point NJ to Slaughter Beach DE...

At 656 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts
was located over Woodland Beach, or near Ship John Shoal Light,
moving east at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and large
         hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves. Large hail could
         result in structural damage.

Locations impacted include...
Woodland Beach, Stony Point, Sea Breeze, and Ship John Shoal Light.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Seek safe harbor
immediately.
