.DISCUSSION...Winds at the surface will be northwesterly and mostly
between 5 to 9 mph through the period with periods of calm winds mostly
overnight. Dry and warm conditions will remain across the fire area with
daytime RH values in the moderate range of 30-35% tomorrow as cooler
air rolls overhead then will dip to poor range below 25% Monday when a
dry air mass moves back in. Overnight recoveries Sunday into Monday
will be excellent with over 95-100% RH values expected.
