.DISCUSSION...The main sensible weather concern is an elevated
risk of storms, around 30 percent, capable of frequent cloud to
ground lightning and outflow winds up to 45 mph. Meantime, storms
will be capable of wetting rains approaching a quarter of an inch,
and cannot rule out higher amounts, though much less likely.
Otherwise, light breezes and warmer than average with terrain
driven winds overnight. Excellent recovery expected overnight with
modest afternoon RH today and tomorrow.

                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
