.DISCUSSION...Breezy winds with critically low RHs prompted the issuance of a Red Flag
Warning in effect until 11 PM tonight. Winds on Thursday will not be as strong, but
continued breezy in the late afternoon.  Friday`s winds will also be breezy with very
low RHs.  Otherwise, it will be slightly cooler today and Thursday. Expect unstable
conditions this weekend.  At this time, any thunderstorm development will be south
and east of the fire.
