Warning in effect until 11 PM this evening. Winds will be light and terrain driven
until around 1700 with an uptick in the westerly winds this evening.  The winds will
also be slightly breezy Thursday evening before sunset. Heads up: this
weekend there is a slight chance (20%) of thunderstorms Saturday and a better
chance (30%) on Sunday.
