.DISCUSSION...Northwest flow will persist through the forecast
period as an upper level ridge builds in overhead bringing with
it very dry air. Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 60s
Tuesday increasing to low 70s Wednesday with daytime RH values
dropping into the moderate range below 39 to 44% with excellent
overnight recoveries above 70%. Winds will be primarily from the
West-northwest and between 5 to 8 mph, higher along the ridgelines
to between 15 to 20 mph Tuesday and 10 to 15 mph Wednesday decreasing
in the overnight hours to between 7 to 9 mph along the ridgelines
and 2 to 5 mph at 20 feet.
