THROUGH 400 AM CDT...

At 301 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Dongola to 6 miles north of Bertrand.
Movement was southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cairo, La Center, Bardwell, Wickliffe, Mounds, Barlow, Tamms, Mound
City, Olive Branch, Horseshoe Lake Conservation Area, Ullin, Kevil,
Joppa, Olmsted, New Grand Chain, Pulaski, and Blandville.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 57 in Illinois between Mile Markers 1 and 21.
 Interstate 57 in Missouri between Mile Markers 17 and 21.
