Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 452 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen just south of Fargo. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Boggy Creek, Turkey Creek, Wolf Creek and Little Wolf Creek. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area.
