Lebanon, or near Windham, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Jewett City, Norwich, Colchester, Groton, Ledyard, Griswold, Lebanon,
