* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, More widespread lowland flooding continues.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 6.2 feet...or 12.8 feet
    below flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this morning to a crest of 19.9 feet this afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage this afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
