...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Nebraska, including the following
  county, Cass.

* WHEN...Until 345 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1245 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
    the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
    ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Up to 1 inch of rain
    has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Plattsmouth, Louisville, Cedar Creek, Louisville State
    Recreation Area and Platte River State Park.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
