  Missouri River At Rulo affecting Richardson and Holt Counties.

  Missouri River At Nebraska City affecting Otoe and Fremont
  Counties.

  Missouri River At Brownville affecting Nemaha and Atchison
  Counties.

  Missouri River at Plattsmouth affecting Mills and Cass Counties.

  Missouri River At Omaha affecting Sarpy, Pottawattamie and
  Douglas Counties.

  Missouri River Near Blair affecting Pottawattamie, Harrison and
  Washington Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 28.5 feet, A campground off of River Road, about 1.5
  miles downstream of the gauge, begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 29.8 feet...or 3.8 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 31.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Saturday morning and continue falling to 23.5 feet
    Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, At this level water nears the base of the
  Council Bluffs levee. Significant lowland flooding occurs in NP
  Dodge Park, Freedom Park, Tom Hanafan Park, Fontenelle Forest and
  Haworth Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 29.6 feet...or 2.6 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 31.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 21.0 feet Saturday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.

* WHAT...No flooding is currently forecast at the river gage point,
  but flooding will remain possible downstream. In addition,
  overnight rainfall may lead to a slower fall in river levels.

* WHERE...Missouri River near Blair.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 26.5 feet, Lowland flooding is occurring.  This
  flooding affects several campgrounds near the river and includes
  County Roads 34, 47 and 51 east of Fort Calhoun.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 26.4 feet...or 0.1 feet
    below flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 20.6 feet
    Saturday evening.
  - Flood stage is 26.5 feet.
