.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will build NW of
the waters tonight into Tue, persist Tue night through Thu, then
slowly shift more NW of the area Thu night through Sat night.
Another area of high pressure will develop W of the central
waters Fri and continue through Sat night while slowly drifting
westward. A low pressure trough will persist along the california
coast tonight through Sat night.
