offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

describing seas in a variety of National Marine Center text
and graphical products for the Offshore and High Seas Areas

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure over SE Georges
Bank will move E of the waters tonight. High pressure will slowly
build SE across the waters Tue through Wed, then shift SE of the
waters Wed night through Thu night as a weak cold front
approaches the coast and moves just offshore. The front will
stall over the waters Fri, then will return N as a warm front
later Fri and Fri night. Another cold front will approach from
the W Sat and Sat night.

Gulf of Maine to the Hague Line

.TONIGHT...N winds 5 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Chance of rain
with vsby 1 nm or less.
.TUE...N winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming variable. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
.TUE NIGHT...W to NW winds less than 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
.WED...Variable winds less than 10 kt, becoming S. Seas 3 to
