.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E into the area today
through Thu, then persist NW of the waters Thu night through Sat
night while gradually weakening. A low pressure trough will
continue along the SW Oregon coast today through Thu, then
gradually weaken Thu night through Fri night while extending N. A
weak low will form along the surface trough near the coast Sat
and Sat night.
