.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build NW of the waters tonight
into Tue, persist Tue night through Thu, then slowly shift more
NW of the area Thu night through Sat night. A weak area of low
pressure will form just W of the central and southern waters Wed
night, then drift well W of the area through Sat. Another area of
high pressure will develop W of the central waters Fri and
continue through Sat night while slowly drifting westward. A low
pressure trough will persist along the California coast tonight
through Sat night.
