.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build NW of the waters today into
Tue, persist Tue night through Thu, then slowly shift more NW of
the area Thu night through Fri night. A low pressure trough will
develop along the coast today, then persist tonight through Fri
night. Cambria NAVTEX is reported inoperable. Technicians are
