.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge across the waters will shift S
of the area tonight. A cold front will approach the northern
waters tonight, then will stall near 31N Tue night through Thu
as a ridge builds S into the northern waters. The front will
dissipate Thu night. High pressure will then persist over the
central Atlantic while maintaining a weak ridge W into the
waters Fri and Fri night.
