.SYNOPSIS...A cold front across the southern waters will become
stationary today into tonight. The stationary front will weaken
but linger into Fri before dissipating. High pressure will move
SE into the N waters today, then drift S into the central and
southern waters tonight into Wed night. The high will shift E of
the waters Thu and Thu night. The high maintains a ridge over the
central and southern waters into Sat night.
