CENTRAL HAWKINS...NORTHWESTERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHEASTERN GREENE
COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM EDT...

At 121 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southeast of Surgoinsville, or 13 miles east of Rogersville,
moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kingsport, Sullivan Gardens, Fall Branch, and Bays Mountain Park.
