PM EDT...

At 1240 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over Manteo, or 8 miles south of Kill Devil Hills,
moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Kill Devil Hills, Manns Harbor, Nags Head, Mashoes, Manteo,
Colington, Whalebone, Roanoke Island Festival Park, Jockeys Ridge
State Park, Wright Brothers National Monument, Nags Head Fishing
Pier, Wanchese, Bodie Island Lighthouse, and Outer Banks Fishing
Pier.
