* Until 100 PM EDT.

* At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over The Vicinity
  Of Mashoes, or near The Center Of Croatan Sound, moving east at 15
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Nags Head, Kill Devil Hills, The Vicinity Of Mashoes, Ar140, Ar130,
  The Center Of Roanoke Sound, and The Center Of Croatan Sound.
