Waters from Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef FL from 20 to 60 NM excluding the territorial waters of Bahamas... * Until 445 PM EDT. * At 339 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Sunny Isles to near Biscayne Bay, moving southeast at 10 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Sunny Isles, Convoy Point, Key Biscayne, Biscayne Bay, Pacific Reef, Cape Florida, Virginia Key, Bay Harbor Islands, Soldier Key, Miami Beach, Elliott Key, Bal Harbour, Triumph Reef, Golden Beach, Surfside, North Bay Village, Indian Creek, Turkey Point, Hallandale, and Coral Gables.
