...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN BENTON AND EASTERN
HENRY COUNTIES THROUGH 530 AM CDT...

At 509 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles north of Springville, or 7 miles southwest of Paris Landing
State Park, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Paris, Paris Landing State Park, Springville, Big Sandy, Mansfield,
Haigler Ridge, Manleyville, Old Springville, Buchanan, India,
Sunnyside, Spring Creek, Pine Hill, and Big Sandy Unit Tennessee
National Wildlife Refuge.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
