* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values above 110
  degrees.

* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast,
  southwest, and western Arkansas.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 8 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
