Through 10 pm...isolated to scattered thunderstorms will continue
to affect the southern Texas Panhandle and northern South and
Rolling Plains. The strongest storms will be capable of producing
brief downpours, wind gusts in excess of 50 mph, small hail and
cloud to ground lightning. Individual storms were moving very
slowly, but the overall activity will expand southward, though
with a gradual weakening trend expected. Several locations that
may see a little rain include Muleshoe, Bovina, Tulia and Turkey.
