Through 3pm...
Thunderstorms are expected to develop over the next several hours
along and south of a slow-moving cold front situate from near
Portales to Memphis at 2pm. Some of the initial activity may
develop in one of two locations. The first, along the Texas and
New Mexico state line NW of Morton and the second in areas between
Floydada to Matador. Gusty winds and frequent lightning will be
possible with any storms which develop. Additional storm
development is expected through the afternoon and evening hours.
