Through 1pm... Rain showers and a few thunderstorms will continue to affect portions of the Rolling Plains southeast of a line from Post to Paducah bringing with them an opportunity for several tenths of an inch of rain and wind gusts to 40 mph in the stronger activity. These storms will move east near 20 mph. $$
