Through 545 PM CDT: Isolated-to-scattered showers and
thunderstorms will continue to pop up across portions of the
extreme southern Texas Panhandle and South Plains. These cells
will drift northeastward, and will be capable of producing gusty
winds, brief downpours, and occasional cloud-to-ground lightning.
The severe weather threat is low.
