This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Temperatures near 105 degrees are expected across the far
southeastern Texas Panhandle and eastern Rolling Plains. A Heat
Advisory remains in effect for this area from 1 pm to 8 pm CDT.

A few late-afternoon and evening thunderstorms are possible across
the far southern Texas Panhandle and South Plains. Brief heavy
rainfall along with strong wind gusts up to 60 mph may be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Temperatures or heat index values near 105 degrees are possible
across the far southeastern Texas Panhandle and portions of the
Rolling Plains Thursday afternoon.

Late-afternoon and evening thunderstorms remain in the forecast for
portions of the far southern Texas Panhandle, South Plains, and
Rolling Plains from Wednesday through Monday. The highest chance of
seeing widespread precipitation will be Thursday night and Friday.
