...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...

  Missouri River at Washington.

  Missouri River at Jefferson City.

  Missouri River at Hermann.

  Missouri River at St. Charles.

  Missouri River near Chamois.

River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast
precipitation for the next 24 hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Rainfall heavier than forecast could cause river levels to rise even
higher than predicted. The National Weather Service will monitor
this developing situation and issue follow up statements as
conditions change.

MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Missouri River at Washington.

* WHEN...From this evening to early Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Riverfront Trail 2.25 miles east of the
  last bench in the woods floods.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 19.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.9
    feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage early Sunday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 23.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall slightly to near flood stage
    tonight...but is expected to then rise above flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon to 23.5 feet Friday evening. It will
    fall below flood stage again early Saturday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 24.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 26.2
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    Monday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Near this height, Aubuchon Road and
  Charbonier Road begin flooding between Teson Road and Riverwood
  Estates Boulevard.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 24.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 28.5 feet early
    Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
