Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 inch low pressure trough extending from

northern Ontario by Tuesday evening. An associated 29.7 inch
trough will sweep across Lake Superior Tuesday night and Wednesday
morning. In its wake, a 29.9 inch high pressure ridge will shift
east, reaching the western Great Lakes on Thursday. A 29.7 inch
