...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN OGLE AND WESTERN LEE
COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM CDT...

At 741 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Mount Carroll to near Fairhaven to near
Prophetstown. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Dixon, Oregon, Mount Morris, Polo, Forreston, Lost Nation, Leaf
River, Grand Detour, Nelson, Harmon, Woodland Shores, Adeline,
Baileyville, and Woosung.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
north central Illinois.
