Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... A 29.6 inch low will move to western Quebec by this evening while pushing a pair of fronts across Lake Ontario. The low will cross Quebec tonight and will then push a cold front across the lake early on Sunday. A 30.3 inch high over the Upper Mississippi valley Sunday afternoon will build across the Upper Great Lakes Sunday night then will cross lake Ontario Monday and Monday night. The high will cross New england on Tuesday before moving off the East coast Tuesday night and Wednesday.
