Through 0600 AM, numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms will spread across the Florida Straits, Hawk Channel, nearshore gulfside waters, and the Florida Keys. Clusters of showers are moving west at about 10 to 15 mph. The strongest showers are currently located south to southwest of Wood`s Wall and are capable of generating stray lightning strikes, wind gusts near 30 mph, and reduced visibility during moderate to heavy downpours. Island communities could see rainfall accumulations of a tenth to a quarter of an inch. $$ AJP
