...OUTFLOW BOUNDARY MOVING NORTHWEST ACROSS THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA...

Straits of Florida from Craig Key to Halfmoon Shoal out 60 nm...
Hawk Channel from Craig Key to west end of Seven Mile Bridge out to
the reef...
Straits of Florida from Halfmoon Shoal to 20 nm west of Dry Tortugas
out 60 nm...

At 716 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected an
outflow boundary, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
This outflow boundary was located along a line extending from 7 nm
south of Marathon Humps to 48 nm southwest of Wood`s Wall West
Crack, moving northwest at 20 knots. In addition, this outflow
boundary has a history of producing showers and thunderstorms along
the leading edge. These showers and thunderstorms will also be
capable of producing wind gusts to near 30 knots.

Locations that will be affected include...
Sombrero Key Light, Marathon Humps, Wood`s Wall West Crack, and
Wood`s Wall East Crack.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
