The Flood Advisory will expire at 315 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the
following areas, in south central Kentucky, McCreary and Whitley. In
southeast Kentucky, Bell and Knox.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
