  NM...
  Waters from Altamaha Sound GA to Fernandina Beach FL from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...

* Until 430 PM EDT.

* At 259 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 35 nm west of Jekyll Island to Atlantic Beach,
  moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Buoy Hlha, Atlantic Beach, High Point, Mayport, Nassau Sound
  Approach Buoy 6a, Buoy F, Amelia City, Jekyll Island, Buoy Cdh, St
  Simons Island Village, Jacksonville Beach, St. Simons Island,
  Talbot Island, Saint Andrews Sound, Buoy Kby, Saint Johns Lighted
  Buoy, Dungeness, Saint Marys Entrance Buoy 16, St Simons Sound Buoy
  9, and Cumberland Island.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes. If your vessel is
caught offshore, immediately secure for heavy weather. Ensure all
crew members are wearing USCG approved Type I life jackets and
nonessential crew are below decks. Deploy jack lines and harnesses if
available. Check life saving equipment, including batteries on
handheld radios, for readiness.
