...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following
  areas, Brantley, Inland Glynn, Pierce and Wayne.

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Numerous to widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected
    later today and into the evening. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3
    inches are expected with totals of around 5 inches possible.
    This may lead will to the potential for flooding in and near
    the watch area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
