Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
448 AM CDT Fri Jul 5 2024

.DISCUSSION...a cold front will move into our area today and
support the development of numderous showers and storms. As
the cold front pushes southeast of the area this weekend, we
should temporarily have less humid conditions and more limited
rain chances. The potential for late night and early morning
fog will be greatest over the Pine Belt region, where patchy
areas of dense fog could be a concern.
