BLADEN COUNTIES...


At 1002 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong outflow boundary
combined with a cold front that is producing strong wind gusts in
excess of 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Elizabethtown, Red Springs, St. Pauls, Rex, Tolarsville, Duart,
Ammon, Shannon, Tobermory, Ruskin, White Oak, Jerome, White Lake,
Parkton, Rennert, Dublin, Tar Heel, and Lumber Bridge.

This includes Interstate 95 in North Carolina between mile markers 27
and 38.
