  Coastal waters from Little River Inlet to Murrells Inlet SC out 20
  nm...
  Coastal waters from Murrells Inlet to South Santee River SC out 20
  nm...
  Waters from Little River Inlet to Murrells Inlet SC from 20 to 40
  nm...
  Waters from Murrells Inlet NC to South Santee River SC from 20 to
  40 nm...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 441 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Holden Beach to Garden City, moving east at 10
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Little River Offshore Reef, Myrtle Beach Rock, Springmaid Pier, A R
  445, Cape Fear Sea Buoy, Paradise Reef, Little River Sea Buoy,
  Jungle, Sherman Wreck, Little River Reef, Belky Bear, Lockwood
  Folly Inlet Sea Buoy, Cherry Grove Inlet, Bill Perry Junior Reef,
  Shallotte River Inlet Sea Buoy, Little River Entrance, and Myrtle
  Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
If caught on the open water, prepare for deteriorating conditions.
Make sure you and your crew are wearing properly fitted life jackets.

Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the
open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded
metal objects.
