...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN LIMESTONE...
SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN...WESTERN MORGAN AND LAWRENCE COUNTIES THROUGH
215 PM CDT...

At 149 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a broken line of strong
thunderstorms extending from near Tanner to near Moulton to near
Phil Campbell. Movement was southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 35-45 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Decatur, Hartselle, Moulton, Priceville, Trinity, Falkville, Phil
Campbell, Tanner, Somerville, and Hillsboro.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
