...EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING
THROUGH SATURDAY, JULY 06...

* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures up to 111
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of central California.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Saturday, July 06.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight low temperatures are only expected
  to fall into the upper 70s not allowing for adequate cooling.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car
interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
